Picker/Packer - Warehouse AssociateLocation: North Las Vegas, NV Position Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Pay Rate: $16.00/hour Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PMPosition SummaryWe are currently hiring Picker/Packers to join the warehouse team at Bella + Canvas | alo yoga. This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing merchandise for shipment while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesPick products and merchandise accurately according to orders.Pack items securely and prepare them for shipment.Use RF scanners to locate, scan, and track inventory.Verify product quantities, sizes, styles, and order information.Label and organize packages for shipment.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Follow all safety procedures and warehouse policies.Meet productivity and quality standards.Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.Qualifications & RequirementsPrevious warehouse, picking, packing, or fulfillment experience preferred.RF scanner experience preferred.Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.Dress CodeClosed-toe athletic shoes or sneakers required.Comfortable clothing appropriate for warehouse work.Schedule & PayPay: $16.00/hour Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM Overtime: As needed based on business requirements.Why Join the Team?This is a great opportunity for dependable warehouse professionals looking to gain experience with a well-known apparel and lifestyle brand, with the potential for long-term employment.
