Job Title: Senior Project Manager - UKG/Kronos Workforce Management (Finance)

Location: Anywhere in the US

Duration: Long-term

Job Description:

• Acts as the PM representing the Finance organization, likely partnering closely with the CFO's team.
• Leads implementation activities related to timekeeping, payroll, labor costing, financial controls, and downstream financial impacts.
• Guides business stakeholders through adoption and process changes associated with the Kronos/UKG platform.
• These are not pure PM roles. The ideal candidates are likely business-savvy implementation PMs who have previously led UKG/Kronos and/or Workday transformations, rather than traditional PMs who only manage schedules and status reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate Finance, Payroll, IT, and vendor teams.
• Ensure payroll and labor-related processes are configured and tested appropriately.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, process design, testing, training, and go-live readiness.
• Manage project timelines, dependencies, and issue resolution.

Minimum Education and Experience:

• No degree or certification requirement is stated by the client.
• Strong Project Management experience leading large-scale enterprise software implementations.
• Subject matter expertise in UKG/Kronos Time & Attendance.
• Subject matter expertise in payroll processes.
• Subject matter expertise in workforce management systems.
• Subject matter expertise in finance operations.
• 8+ years' Project Management experience (per the target profile).
• Multiple UKG/Kronos implementations (per the target profile).
• Strong executive stakeholder management (per the target profile).
• Able to work at both the strategic and detailed execution levels (per the target profile).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ideally possesses Workday Finance and Payroll experience.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Healthcare provider experience preferred (per the target profile).

Soft Skills:

• Strong executive stakeholder management and communication.
• Business-savvy able to guide stakeholders through adoption and process change, not only manage a plan.
• Comfortable operating at both strategic and detailed execution levels.
