This position is very competitive, so we are not just looking for good drivers; we are looking for the absolute best!What We Offer (That Flex Doesn't)Mileage reimbursement that adapts to moving gas prices to help cover all driving costs while on the jobGuaranteed hourly pay at 22.50/hour, no more relying on surge pricingConsistent, scheduled shifts (multiple daily wave times to choose from)Health insurancePTOJob securityOpportunity for steady full-time hoursSupportive team environment with dispatchers on call to help with all the routing and delivery issues you may faceProfessional and growing operation with an opportunity to be rewarded for your long-term successDay-to-Day Operation:Arrive at our station in your personal vehicle when you are scheduled to workView route details like number of packages and stops, location of deliveries, and time on route (anywhere from 3 - 5 hours)Pick up packages for your designated routeDeliver all packages to the correct address within the allotted time designated for your route while being safe and efficientDutiesSafely operate your personal vehicle to deliver packages to customers across designated routesLoad and unload packages efficiently, ensuring accurate handling of items and heavy lifting when necessaryNavigate route driving using GPS and route planning tools to optimize delivery timesProvide excellent customer service by greeting customers professionally and addressing any questions or concernsMaintain communication with dispatch teams regarding delivery status and any issues encountered during routesEnsure all deliveries are completed in accordance with safety protocols and company policiesConduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure your personal vehicle remains in safe working condition for daily deliveriesArrive at work on time when you're scheduledAbility to complete your designated route faster or on pace according to the time you are givenRequirementsMust be at least 21 years of ageValid driver’s license; experience with commercial driving or courier services preferredUS citizenship or current valid work authorizationAbility to lift heavy packages (up to 50 lbs) safelyA working personal vehicle that you have constant access to and has at least 4 doorsA personal vehicle that is either owned or leased in your nameStrong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanorAbility to work independently while managing time efficiently in a fast-paced environmentEmbark on an exciting journey delivering smiles!
