Role Summary:
Dedicated team for in-house QuickBooks bookkeeping, monthly/quarterly/annual closing, and tax administration.
Key Responsibilities:
In-House Bookkeeping & Closing: Directly enter daily journal vouchers into QuickBooks based on established COA, close AP/AR, compile trial balances, and prepare financial statements.
Royalty & Lease Accounting: Excel valuation and system bookkeeping for factory lease assets and liabilities; directly handle IRS Form 1042 withholding tax filings and payments for cross-border royalty fees.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
1 to 5 years of experience in accounting and tax in U.S. business environments (Associate to Senior Staff level).
Fluent bilingual communication skills in English and Korean.
Valid U.S. work authorization required.
